1) Calculate shipping cost
The shipping rates are determined in real-time, taking into account the weight of the product and the shipping destination. Therefore, the exact shipping charge is only visible on the order confirmation page.
2) Shipping time
We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. In case of orders with alterations or customization, the shipping may take up to 4 weeks. For an estimated shipping time by UPS Ground and USPS please refer to the transit map provided below:

5) Missing items from order
If you find any items missing from your order, please contact our customer service team without delay to seek assistance. We recommend that you retain all packaging and receipts that were included with the order.

7) Signature requirements
We may require signature upon delivery for orders with high-value or replacement items. If you will not be available to sign for your shipment, the carrier will leave a delivery notice at your order after the first delivery attempt. You can sign a release authorization and select your preferred delivery locations, such as a front or back door, immediate neighbor, building manager, etc. on this form. The carrier will generally make three delivery attempts before your package is returned to us. You may also request that the carrier hold your package at the carrier’s local office. Just call the number on the delivery notice and let them know you would like your shipment held for pickup. To pickup your shipment you will need two forms of identification, usually a government-issued ID and a second ID with your name on it (credit card, social security, etc.)
8) Shipping methods
All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified and should be received within three to six business days (Monday to Friday) when shipped within the contiguous USA. Upon the customer’s request, we can also ship your order by USPS. If your order weight is less than one pound, we may ship First Class USPS to save you money. We will refund any extra shipping costs if applicable. Items that are oversized/overweight are subject to additional shipping charges. We may contact you by e-mail or phone with exact shipping charges.
9) Refused deliveries
If the contents of the package are unacceptably damaged upon delivery, the delivery must be refused. If you wish to return your order, please accept the package and contact customer service.
10) Freight forwarding companies
We may require wire transfer payments for orders shipped to a freight forwarding company.
