MEASURE THE SIZE OF HELMETS, CAPS OR HAT
Measuring head with a measuring tape can help determine your correct size for helmets, caps, or hats. Start by placing the tape 1 inch (2.5 cm) above your eyebrows and wrapping it around the widest part of your head.
MEASURE THE CHEST/BUST SIZE
To measure your chest size correctly, wrap a cloth measuring tape around the broadest part of your chest area, just below your arms, ensuring that the tape is level and held firmly.
MEASURE NECK SIZE
Find a shirt that fits you well and lay the collar flat. Using a measuring tape, measure from the center of the collar button to the far end of the buttonhole.
MEASURE SLEEVE SIZE
Measure from the center of the collar in the back, across the shoulder, and down the sleeve, using a cloth measuring tape.
MEASURE WOMEN’S HIPS
Stand with your heels together and wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips. Ensure that the measuring tape is level and snug, but not too tight.
